TREVA J. MARSHALL
managing partner
Treva J. Marshall is a communications veteran with almost 20 years of experience representing domestic and international tourism brands.
In 2001, she launched TJM Communications Inc., a boutique public relations agency in Orlando, Florida, after working as director of marketing communications for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, a multi-million dollar meetings, leisure and culinary complex in Walt Disney World Resort, managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
As the agency’s president, she has led public relations campaigns and executed ongoing media relations programs to support sales and marketing efforts for a variety of hospitality and lifestyle clients, including, domestic and international destinations, hotels and resorts with up to 2,200 rooms, chefs, celebrity chefs, award-winning restaurants, international wine and spirits brands, spas and Orlando’s new $500 million performing arts center.
Servicing a diverse client roster, including brands from Walt Disney World to South Africa and Canada,Treva is recognized as a trusted industry leader. She is a two-time winner of the Silver Adrian Award from Hospitality Sales and Marketing International (HSMAI) and has been named one of the top professionals in the hospitality industry.
A noted public speaker, she is often called upon by trade associations, organizations and universities to speak on public relations in general and travel public relations as a specialty. She has been a guest lecturer at the Rosen School of Hospitality in Orlando, Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL, and New York University (NYU).
FRANK MITCHELL

Frank Mitchell is a former President/CEO and a former Partner with KPMG in their national I/T Business Strategy Practice.
In the role of general management consultant, Frank has assisted numerous corporations with the development and implementation of company business strategies. Mitchell has consulted in the areas of finance, organizational effectiveness, organizational strategy, operations, strategic planning, business process reengineering and management.
He has been a member of the core development team for a $23 million mixed use midrise and a 26-acre mixed use community development.
Among his varied M & A experience, Mitchell negotiated and structured the acquisition of a telecommunications company, which he operated, and is a partner in a firm which acquires and invests in lower middle market enterprises.
Mitchell has a Masters Degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School, studying public/private management at both Harvard University’s Kennedy School and Business School.
SIBILLE HART PRITCHARD

Sibille Hart Pritchard is an accomplished businesswoman with vast experience in tourism development and international economic development. As senior vice president of government and public relations for Brooksville Development Corporation, an international tourism and commercial development company, she has served as a core team member on major Orlando tourism developments, including South I-Drive/Plaza International, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando – the first Waldorf Astoria outside of New York.
Sibille’s expertise and guidance have been critical to other major developments. She is currently chair of the International Drive Improvement District, one of the most popular tourism corridors in Orlando and the nation. She was also recently appointed to the Orange County mayor’s steering committee for the proposed Orlando/Orange County Convention Center Overlay District and is an executive board member for the newly constructed $500 million Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Orlando. She was the only female member of the Citizen’s Oversight Committee for construction of the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center.
Sibille’s expertise in business development also extends internationally, where she was appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush to serve as chair of the Florida Delegation for the Southeast U.S./Japan and China Associations. She hosted several international trade missions promoting business development for the state of Florida in Japan, China and South Korea.
Sibille also manages board and executive affairs for the world-renowned Chelonian Research Institute - which develops, manages and supports conservation programs across the globe.
