ISAAC BROWN
Isaac Brown is president and CEO of Extended Hospitality Group, LLC, an independent hospitality company. Launched after Isaac’s nearly 20 years of experience working for top brands in the corporate hotel sector, Extended Hospitality Group currently has 7 hotel projects in development and 17 underway with regarded industry leaders, including Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels International, InterContinental Group and Starwood.
Before starting Extended Hospitality Group, Isaac was an industry architect for Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Choice Hotels International, where he led the designs for prototypical brands now being constructed throughout the world. He also served as emerging markets director for Choice, where he successfully recruited 130 minority franchise owners and was a yearly recipient of the President’s Award.
Extended Hospitality Group is regarded for implementing turnkey development opportunities in markets throughout the country that yield high returns. The company also consults with first-time hoteliers and hospitality companies entering into hotel acquisition and development.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in architectural design engineering from Grambling State University in Louisiana, a master’s in architectural design from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University. He is well regarded in the hospitality, architectural and business circles throughout the U.S., and is a standing member of the American Institute of Architects.

BINITA PATEL
Binita Patel is a vice president with HMB Hotels based in Allentown, PA, focusing on finance and asset management. Prior to returning to HMB Hotels, Binita served as a manager at Ramsfield Hospitality Finance and associate investment manager at Beacon Hospitality Partners, both located in New York, NY.
She completed her Master of Management in hospitality at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration, concentrating in real estate finance and investments. Binita earned a B.S. in international business and marketing from Drexel University. She currently serves as the Young Professional Director for Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).
